Troubleshooting Guide
Connection Issues Between iOS Device and Mac
If the connection between your iOS device and Mac is unstable, please try the following:
- Reconnect the iOS device and Mac using a USB cable.
 - Ensure the USB cable supports data transfer, not just charging.
 - Try using a different USB cable.
 - Connect directly without using a USB hub.
 - Close background apps on both the Mac and iOS device. In particular, avoid USB screen recording with apps like QuickTime, as it consumes significant bandwidth.
 - Restart both the iOS device and the Mac.

Audio Glitches or Dropouts
If you experience audio glitches or dropouts, please try the following:
- Adjust the buffer size in your DAW. SideRack is more sensitive to buffer size compared to other plugins.
 - Adjust the sample rate in your DAW.
 - Modify the Buffer Multiplier setting in the SideRack plugin.
 - Close background applications on both the Mac and iOS device.
 - Restart both the iOS device and the Mac.
 - Use a higher-speed USB cable.
