Delete Plugin Cache Data
In case of unexpected errors or problems, deleting the cache may solve the problem.
This deletion will reset the following settings.
- License activation status
- Preferences such as light mode, dark mode, etc.
In addition, the song data and parameter automation data are stored in the project file of each DAW, so deleting the cache data will not have any effect.
Steps
You can reset the cache stored on disk by deleting files with plugin name + ".settings" extension
in the following folders.
Mac
- /Users/YourName/Library/Application Support/HPL Processor
Windows
- C:/Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/HPL Processor
